Veronica started her yoga journey more than 10 years ago,
a certified Yoga instructor in India 2012, returning in 2016, to practice Ashtanga at KPJAYI in Mysore, became certified in Ayurveda and Nutrition, focusing on alignment, breathing, finding mindful ways of movement and allowing proper flow of energy all while building strength and flexibility.
Ages 16 and older.

Maggie is a Certified instructor with more than 10 years' experience, whether or not you are an athlete, you are more than welcome to join her class and get better body movement and core strength.
