Started her yoga journey 10 years ago,
a certified Yoga instructor in India 2012, returning in 2016, to practice Ashtanga at KPJAYI in Mysore, became certified in Ayurveda and Nutrition, focusing on alignment, breathing, finding mindful ways of movement and allowing proper flow of energy all while building strength and flexibility.
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 9:15 AM (Reservations Required)
Certified instructor with more than 8 years' experience, whether or not you are an athlete, you are more than welcome to join her class and get better body movement and core strength.
Aqua Zumba Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:15 am
A certified instructor in various zumba disciplines, and tropical rhythms someone you are bound to love for her energy and love for life!
Mondays and Fridays at 8am with Leticia.
